We are currently seeking a Home Care Aide/STNA for the Middletown, OH area, specifically for Wednesdays. This is a part-time, entry-level position with a competitive pay rate ranging from $16 to $18 per hour. The required working hours are Wednesdays from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with additional hours available for those willing to support multiple clients.

As a Home Care Aide, you will provide one-on-one support to clients within their homes, assisting them with various activities, such as:

• Light housekeeping, including organization, laundry, and general cleaning
• Personal care activities, including dressing, grooming, and meal assistance
• Running errands, grocery shopping, and accompanying clients to appointments

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be an STNA or have completed a minimum of 75 hours of Home Health Aide Training, which includes at least 16 hours of supervised practical training covering all required topics.
• Be in good physical health, including documentation of a tuberculosis test conducted within six months of the first assignment (if required).
• Demonstrate a commitment to professional development, including organizational and state-mandated training.

Please note that caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements. Compensation, benefits, time off, and bonuses may vary by state and location. In Ohio, effective December 9, 2024, a $500 hiring bonus will be available, contingent upon remaining an active employee and completing 500 hours of work. A second $500 bonus will be awarded for an additional 500 hours worked. Caregivers must be active employees at the time of payout to qualify. New and returning caregivers who have not worked with Help at Home in the past 12 months are eligible for the bonus. Caregivers transferring from another organization within the Help at Home, LLC portfolio are not eligible for this bonus.
