We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aides/STNAs for part-time positions in New Richmond, Ohio. The role requires availability on Monday afternoons from 12:15 PM to 4:15 PM, with the potential for additional hours by working with multiple clients. Our competitive pay rate ranges from $16 to $18 per hour.

As a Home Care Aide, you will provide personalized support to clients in the comfort of their homes, including but not limited to:

  • Light housekeeping tasks such as organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning
  • Assistance with personal care activities, including dressing, grooming, and meal support
  • Running errands, grocery shopping, and accompanying clients to appointments

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Current STNA certification or completion of a Home Health Aide Training program that includes at least 75 hours of training, with 16 hours of supervised practical training covering all required topics
  • Proof of good physical health, including documentation of a tuberculosis test within the past six months (where required)
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development, including organizational and state-mandated training

Please note that caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements. Compensation, benefits, leave policy, and bonuses may vary by state and location. For Ohio applicants, effective December 9, 2024, a $500 hiring bonus will be granted to caregivers who remain active employees with at least 500 hours worked. Additionally, another bonus of $500 will be awarded for an additional 500 hours worked. Caregivers must be active employees at the time of payout. New or returning caregivers who have not worked with Help at Home in the past 12 months are eligible, while transfers within Help at Home, LLC are excluded from the bonus program.
