Job Title: Home Care Aide – Weekend Shifts (South Haven)

Company: Help at Home

Location: South Haven, MI

Pay: $20 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of my last update, the hourly rate of $20 for a Home Care Aide role in South Haven, MI, especially for weekend shifts, appears to be competitive but may vary based on several factors such as experience, specific job responsibilities, and local demand. In Michigan, home care aide salaries typically range from $12 to $25 per hour, with more experienced aides or those working for agencies offering specialized services earning towards the higher end. Given that weekend shifts can often command a premium, this rate is likely attractive; however, it’s advisable to compare it against local job postings and agency offerings to ensure it aligns well with current market conditions. Overall, $20 per hour is reasonably aligned with industry standards for the area.
