Job Description
Job Title: Home Care Aide – Weekly Pay
Company: Honor
Location: Columbus, OH
Pay: $15 – 15.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 – $15.50 for a Home Care Aide in Columbus, OH, falls within a range that is generally competitive but slightly below the average for similar positions in the region. As of 2023, the average hourly wage for home care aides in Ohio tends to range from approximately $16 to $18 per hour, depending on experience and specific duties. In urban areas like Columbus, where the cost of living may be higher, this wage may not fully attract skilled candidates or reflect their caregiving responsibilities. Therefore, while the offered rate is within a reasonable range, it may benefit employers to consider adjusting their pay to align more closely with industry standards to retain talent and ensure quality care for clients.
