AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14 to $16.80 for a Home Health Aide in Ashland, OH, appears to be competitive but may vary depending on factors such as experience, specific employer, and market demand. As of late 2023, the national average for home health aides typically ranges from $12 to $18 per hour, with variations depending on the region and local cost of living. In Ohio, wages for home health aides can be on the lower end of this spectrum, so the offered rate aligns well with regional standards.
