Job Description
Job Title: Home Health Aide Cambridge
Company: Your Home Court Advantage LLC
Location: Cambridge, OH
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a Home Health Aide in Cambridge, OH is generally below the national average and may be considered uncompetitive for this role. According to industry standards, as of 2023, Home Health Aides typically earn between $12 to $20 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, specific job responsibilities, and local demand. In Ohio, the average hourly wage for Home Health Aides hovers around $14 to $16, suggesting that while $15 is on the lower end of the spectrum, it could be somewhat competitive for entry-level positions. However, for experienced aides or those offering specialized services, this rate may not attract talent adequately given the rising costs of living and the ongoing labor shortages in the healthcare sector.
