We are currently seeking Home Health Aides in Jackson and Lenawee Counties. This role offers a flexible schedule tailored to your availability and the needs of our clients. Increased availability may lead to more hours, providing greater earning potential.

Home Health Aides are responsible for performing light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and standby assistance for transfers, bathing, and dressing. While prior experience is preferred, it is not mandatory, as we provide individualized training that includes instruction in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), dementia and Alzheimer’s care, social interaction skills, and other relevant areas.

We value honesty and dependability, as our clients rely on your support. Candidates should be tech-savvy enough to navigate an app for logging in and out of shifts, as well as for recording client notes and tasks.
