Services You Will Provide:
Personal Care Services:
– Assist clients with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and grooming
– Aid with eating and meal management
– Support clients with household management and personal affairs
– Assist with self-administration of medications (not dispensing)
– Provide essential housekeeping to promote client health and welfare
– Perform additional activities of daily living (ADLs) as outlined in each client’s individualized care plan
Homemaking Services:
– Plan and prepare meals
– Assist with grocery planning and shopping
– Provide laundry services, including folding, ironing, and putting away
– Clean the home, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and maintaining kitchen and bathroom areas
– Change bed linens and ensure a clean living environment
– Offer respite services for regular caregivers
– Complete other homemaking tasks as specified in the client’s care plan
