Services You’ll Provide:

Personal Care Services:
- Assistance with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and grooming
- Support with meal management and eating
- Aid in household management and personal affairs
- Assistance with self-administration of medications (non-dispensing)

- Performance of activities of daily living (ADLs) as indicated in individual care plans
- Homemaking Services:

Qualifications:
- Active Ohio STNA License
- Valid Driver’s License
- Current Auto Insurance
