Services You Will Provide:

Personal Care Services:
- Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and grooming
- Aiding with eating and meal management
- Supporting clients with household management and personal affairs
- Assisting with self-administration of medications (not dispensing)
- Providing essential housekeeping for client health and wellbeing
- Carrying out additional activities of daily living (ADLs) as specified in the client’s care plan
- Homemaking Services:
- Meal planning and preparation
- Assistance with grocery shopping
- Laundry services (folding, ironing, and put away)
- House cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and kitchen and bathroom care
- Changing bed linens and maintaining a clean living environment
- Providing respite services for clients’ regular caregivers
- Completing additional homemaking tasks as outlined in the client’s care plan
Required Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio STNA License
- Current Driver’s License
