Services You Will Provide:

Personal Care Services:
- Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and grooming
- Aiding with eating and meal management
- Supporting clients with household management and personal affairs
- Assisting with self-administration of medications (not dispensing)
- Performing essential housekeeping tasks to ensure client health and welfare
- Carrying out additional activities of daily living (ADLs) as specified in the client’s individualized care plan
- Homemaking Services:
- Meal planning and preparation
- Grocery planning and shopping assistance
- Laundry services including folding, ironing, and putting away
- House cleaning tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and kitchen and bathroom care
- Changing bed linens and maintaining a clean living environment
- Providing respite services for the client’s regular caregiver
- Completing other homemaking tasks as outlined in the client’s care plan
Requirements:
- Valid Ohio STNA License
- Current Driver’s License
- Active Auto Insurance
