Job Description
Job Title: Home Health Aide (HHA)
Company: Interim HealthCare
Location: New Boston, OH
Pay: $10.5 – 12.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $10.50 to $12.50 for a Home Health Aide (HHA) in New Boston, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the pay scale for this role. According to industry standards and data from sources like the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the national average wage for HHAs hovers around $12 to $15 per hour, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. In Ohio, compensation may vary slightly due to cost of living and local demand, but typically, rates tend to align closer to the national average. Therefore, while the offered rate may attract some entry-level applicants, it could struggle to retain more experienced aides, who may be seeking more competitive compensation.
