As a Home Health Aide, your key responsibilities will include:

– Providing the personal care and support seniors require to live safely in their homes
– Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship
– Aiding with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises
– Administering medication reminders, documenting client conditions, and notifying a supervisor of any concerns
– Ensuring a safe home environment by maintaining unobstructed pathways
– Engaging clients in enjoyable activities such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies

The ideal candidate for the Home Health Aide position will possess the following qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
