In your role as a Home Health Aide / Caregiver, your responsibilities will encompass:
– Delivering personal care and support to help seniors maintain their independence at home
– Assisting with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and providing companionship
– Supporting mobility through ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises
– Offering medication reminders, documenting client conditions, and notifying supervisors of any concerns
– Ensuring a safe living environment by maintaining clear pathways
– Engaging clients through activities that bring them joy, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies

To be considered for the Home Health Aide / Caregiver position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
– A minimum of 1 year of experience in delivering hands-on personal care, or possession of a certificate in training (CNA/HHA/STNA)
– A valid Ohio driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
– A compassionate disposition, strong communication skills, and the capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
