Job Description
Job Title: Home Health Aide
Company: Norwill Healthcare Services
Location: Cleveland, OH
Pay: $15 – 15.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 – $15.50 for a Home Health Aide in Cleveland, OH, is generally on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to national averages and industry standards for this role. As of 2023, Home Health Aides typically earn between $13 and $22 per hour nationwide, with the median wage around $17 per hour. In Cleveland, the cost of living and demand for healthcare services may influence wages, but the offered rate is likely to fall below average, potentially affecting the attraction and retention of qualified candidates. Thus, while this rate may be competitive for entry-level positions, it may not be sufficient to recruit experienced aides or maintain long-term employment.
