Job Title: Home Health Aide – STNA/CNA/HHA

Company: Professional Case Management

Location: Dayton, OH

Pay: $13.5 – 16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $13.50 to $16 for a “Home Health Aide – STNA/CNA/HHA” role in Dayton, OH, is generally considered competitive but somewhat below the national average for similar positions. As of 2023, wages for home health aides vary significantly based on experience, certifications, and region, with many locations reporting averages between $15 to $20 per hour. In Ohio specifically, wages can be influenced by local demand for healthcare services and the cost of living. While the offered range may attract entry-level candidates, those with more experience or specialized certifications might seek higher compensation, suggesting that while the pay is reasonable for entry-level roles, it may be less appealing to seasoned professionals.
