AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $13.50 to $16 for a “Home Health Aide – STNA/CNA/HHA” position in Dayton, OH, appears to be somewhat competitive, especially considering the geographic area and the typical requirements of such roles. According to data from various salary sources, home health aides in Ohio generally earn between $12 and $18 per hour, with factors such as experience, certification, and specific employer influences affecting pay scales. While the offered rate is within this range, it may be on the lower end, particularly for those with specialized skills or longer experience, indicating that employers may need to offer additional benefits or incentives to attract and retain qualified candidates in a competitive healthcare labor market.
