Become a Help at Home Hero today! As a Home Care Aide, you will provide personalized support to clients in the comfort of their own homes through various activities, including:

• Light housekeeping tasks such as organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning
• Assistance with personal care, including dressing, grooming, and meal support

Eligibility Requirements:

• Certification as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) or completion of a Home Health Aide Training program consisting of a minimum of 75 hours, including 16 hours of supervised practical training, covering all required topics.
• Good physical health, including documentation of a tuberculosis test conducted within six months prior to your first assignment (where applicable).
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and completion of organizational and state-required training.

*Please note that caregivers must adhere to state background screening requirements. Compensation, benefits, time off, and bonuses may vary by state and location. For Ohio only: Effective December 9, 2024, a $500 hiring bonus will be available to those who remain active employees with at least 500 hours worked. Additionally, a second $500 bonus will be awarded to caregivers who complete an extra 500 hours. Caregivers must be active employees at the time of bonus payout. Both new and returning caregivers who have not worked with Help at Home in the past 12 months are eligible for this bonus. Caregivers transferring from other organizations within the Help at Home, LLC portfolio will not qualify for the bonus.
