Job Description
Job Title: Home Health Aide STNA
Company: Help at Home
Location: Columbus, OH
Pay: $16 – 18 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, the hourly rate of $16 to $18 for a “Home Health Aide STNA” in Columbus, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum compared to industry standards. According to various salary data sources, the average hourly wage for home health aides typically ranges from $13 to $19 in Ohio, with more experienced STNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant) professionals often earning towards the higher end or slightly above this range, especially in metropolitan areas. Therefore, while this rate may be competitive for entry-level positions or those with limited experience, it may not attract more seasoned professionals seeking better compensation that reflects their skills and responsibilities in a growing healthcare field.
