Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care, support for Alzheimer’s and dementia clients, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation to appointments, medication reminders, companionship, engagement in activities, and hospice care.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to provide care for clients receiving hospice services or at end-of-life stages.

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a background check, DMV check, and drug screening.
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and social security card.
