In this role, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by engaging with and assisting all customers, embodying our customer experience principles, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. You will adhere to all operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained to support various areas of the store as business needs arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exemplify established customer experience practices when interacting with both internal and external customers.
  • Foster and support a positive store culture by demonstrating honesty, integrity, and respect.
  • Accurately process customer purchases and returns, ensuring correct change is provided in accordance with established operating procedures.
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
  • Uphold merchandising philosophies and adhere to established merchandising procedures and standards.
  • Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor in accordance with company procedures and standards.
  • Contribute to store recovery efforts as needed throughout the day.
  • Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor while participating in the overall cleanliness of the store.
  • Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
  • Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Support initiatives aimed at reducing store shrinkage.
  • Participate in safety awareness and maintain a secure environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

This position has a starting pay range of $12.00 to $12.50 per hour, with actual compensation determined by factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
