AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15.80 to $18.60 for a Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Hospice Aide role in Cincinnati, OH, appears to be somewhat competitive, though it may fall on the lower end of the spectrum for this position. According to industry standards, wages for hospice aides or certified nursing assistants typically range from $12 to $25 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, specific employer, and geographic location. In Cincinnati, CNAs in hospice settings are often compensated at rates near the median of this range, with the higher end reflecting those with more experience or specialized training. Therefore, while the offered rate may be reasonable for entry-level positions, it may not attract more experienced professionals, suggesting that adjustments could be beneficial to improve appeal and retain quality staff.
