Job Description
Job Title: Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant – Hospice Aide
Company: SouthernCare Hospice Services
Location: Marion, OH
Pay: $14.2 – 16.75 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14.20 to $16.75 for a “Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant – Hospice Aide” position in Marion, OH, is generally below the national average for similar roles, which typically range from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. While this rate may be competitive within the local market, particularly in areas with a lower cost of living, it does not align with the higher end of industry standards, especially for positions requiring certification and specialized skills in hospice care. Therefore, while it may attract candidates, the compensation may not adequately reflect the responsibilities and emotional demands of the role, potentially leading to challenges in recruitment and retention.
