Job Description
Job Title: Hospitality Director
Company: PRETTY LAKE VACATION CAMP
Location: Mattawan, MI
Pay: $50000 – 60000 per year
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate corresponding to an annual salary of $50,000 – $60,000 for a Hospitality Director position translates to approximately $24 to $29 per hour. This range can be considered relatively competitive for the role, especially in a small market like Mattawan, MI. Industry standards for Hospitality Directors can vary significantly based on the size of the establishment and the specific responsibilities of the role, but typically salaries for similar positions in larger cities or upscale venues tend to start higher, often ranging from $60,000 to $90,000 annually. Therefore, while the proposed rate may be suitable for a smaller organization or less demanding responsibilities, candidates with extensive experience or managing larger operations may find it less competitive in the broader hospitality sector.
