The Hospitality Events Manager is instrumental in delivering outstanding guest experiences by orchestrating the flawless execution of events at M1 Concourse’s Event Center and Circuit Track. This role encompasses comprehensive event planning, logistical coordination, and customer engagement from initial inquiry through to post-event follow-up. The manager works collaboratively with internal departments, external partners, and vendors to uphold operational excellence, encourage innovation, and ensure an unparalleled level of client satisfaction. Additionally, this position is responsible for maintaining the brand integrity of M1 Concourse throughout all event productions. The Hospitality Events Manager will manage CRM records, guaranteeing comprehensive and precise information, while fostering exceptional customer satisfaction through exemplary service delivery. Representing M1 Concourse with the utmost professionalism and decorum is paramount.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the M1 Concourse Sales and leadership teams to ensure proposals accurately reflect operational and equipment requirements.
- Work closely with the M1 Concourse Sales team to capture relevant information in a manner that supports excellence in event execution, customer satisfaction, and the attainment of company quality standards.
- Coordinate walkthroughs with clients and team members to ensure meticulous planning and attention to detail.
- Develop methodologies and processes to uphold the M1 Concourse Brand’s integrity for leadership review.
- Facilitate planning and strategy meetings concerning event production.
- Exemplify excellence and provide constructive feedback to encourage high performance among team members.
- Ensure a superior customer experience by supporting the execution of services throughout every stage, including initial inquiry, menu selection, event development, proposal creation, planning, event-day delivery, and follow-up.
- Manage Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
- Oversee collaboration with other departments to align operational objectives with organizational expectations.
- Administer CRM software and generate reports for organizational leadership.
- Direct event execution activities, including delivery, installation, setup, and teardown.
- Oversee event logistics, including scheduling of loading in and out processes.
- Manage outsourced vendor orders.
- Facilitate communication among team members to create accurate floorplans and other documents necessary for successful event execution.
- Drive the organization’s initiatives to achieve customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Address challenges associated with event execution and ensure timely and effective communication with leadership to allocate internal resources as needed for success.
- Present professionally and represent M1 Concourse at the highest levels.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all clientele.
- Provide support and leadership for organizational events and productions.
- Perform any additional duties as required or assigned.
