Job Summary:

We are seeking a Host/Cashier who will warmly greet each guest, creating a positive first and last impression of Quaker Steak & Lube. Bring enthusiasm and energy to this vital role!

Responsibilities:

– Welcome and seat guests upon arrival, managing the waitlist as necessary.
– Promote and sell merchandise, including gift cards, sauces, and seasonings.
– Maintain a clean and well-stocked host station and other areas throughout your shift.
– Accurately process to-go orders, ensuring all orders are correct, and handle payments from guests.
– Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

– No prior experience is required; however, previous host/cashier experience is advantageous.
– Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
– Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
– Comfortable standing, walking, reaching, and bending for extended periods.
