Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Host/Cashier to warmly greet every guest upon arrival. As the first and last point of contact for our visitors, you will play a pivotal role in creating a memorable experience at Quaker Steak & Lube.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests promptly upon arrival, maintaining an accurate waitlist as necessary.
- Promote and sell merchandise, including gift cards, sauces, and seasonings.
- Ensure the host station and surrounding areas are clean and well-stocked during your shift.
- Accurately take and package to-go orders while processing payments from guests.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- No prior experience is required; however, experience in a similar host or cashier role is advantageous.
- Possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
