Job description:

Pay: $14.25 per hour

At Great Wolf, the Host/Hostess plays a pivotal role in shaping the dining experience for our guests by being the first point of contact. This position is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that our guests feel valued and attended to throughout their stay.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet patrons warmly and escort them to their designated dining area while effectively tracking table availability using the floor plan board.
  • Communicate current promotions to customers and inform them of their assigned server.
  • Manage the patron waitlist efficiently as required.
  • Uphold the establishment’s standards by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies to protect both guests and staff.
  • Support dining room operations by setting and clearing tables, replenishing water, and serving beverages as needed.

Basic Qualifications & Skills

  • Flexibility in scheduling based on business needs, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening.
