Job description:

Pay: $14.25 per hour

At Great Wolf, the Host/Hostess serves as the first point of contact for our guests, playing a pivotal role in creating a welcoming dining atmosphere. The Host/Hostess is responsible for greeting guests, escorting them to their designated tables, and attentively monitoring their needs throughout their dining experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcomes guests and escorts them to their assigned dining area while effectively managing table availability on the floor plan.
  • Informs guests of ongoing promotions and communicates details about their assigned server.
  • Manages the patron wait list as required.
  • Ensures the safety and satisfaction of both patrons and the establishment by strictly adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies.
  • Assists dining room staff by setting and clearing tables, replenishing water, and serving beverages as needed.

Basic Qualifications & Skills

  • Flexibility in scheduling is essential, with availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
