Job description:

Pay: $14.50 per hour.

At Great Wolf, the Host/Hostess serves as the initial point of contact for guests, playing a vital role in creating a welcoming dining experience. This position entails greeting guests, escorting them to their assigned tables, and attending to their needs throughout their visit.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Greet patrons and guide them to their designated dining area while effectively managing table availability using the floor plan board.
  • Inform customers about ongoing promotions and ensure they are acquainted with their assigned server.
  • Manage the patron waitlist as necessary to facilitate smooth flow of service.
  • Comply with sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies to ensure the protection of both the establishment and its patrons.
  • Assist dining room staff by setting and clearing tables, replenishing water, and serving beverages as required.

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

  • Flexibility in scheduling is essential, with the need to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business requirements.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening.
