Job description:

Pay: $14.25 per hour

At Great Wolf, the Host/Hostess plays a pivotal role as the initial point of contact for guests during their dining experience, ensuring that every patron feels welcomed and valued. This individual is responsible for greeting guests, escorting them to their designated tables, and attentively monitoring their needs throughout the service.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcomes patrons and escorts them to their assigned dining area while tracking table availability using the floor plan board.
  • Communicates current promotions to customers and informs them of their assigned server.
  • Efficiently manages the patron waitlist as necessary.
  • Upholds the establishment’s reputation by strictly adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies.
  • Supports dining room staff by setting and clearing tables, replenishing water, and serving beverages as needed.

Basic Qualifications & Skills

  • Adaptability to flexible scheduling based on business demands, including availability during nights, weekends, and holidays.
