We are currently hiring for full-time or part-time Host and Hostess positions.

Job Summary:
The Host is essential in providing an exceptional hospitality experience by ensuring the seamless flow of the restaurant. This role entails creating a positive and professional first and last impression for every guest. In situations where there may be a wait, the Host is responsible for providing accurate wait time estimates and addressing any inquiries that guests may have.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Interact courteously with guests by answering phones, greeting guests, seating them, making reservations, and taking food orders.
  • Maintain high standards of safety and sanitation by performing cleaning practices in the front door, host desk, lobby area, and managing crowd control.
  • Familiarize oneself with the restaurant’s seating layout, understanding how tables are divided into server areas, and how to effectively deliver food.
  • Set and clear tables neatly and efficiently according to P.F. Chang’s specifications.
  • Learn the curbside process and takeout expectations.
  • Complete side work as required for each shift.

Job Requirements:

  • No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training.
  • Excellent customer service skills and etiquette are essential.
  • Ability to implement proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
  • Must be capable of effective communication with both co-workers and guests.
