Job description:
This position is dedicated to providing exemplary assistance to hotel guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. You will play a key role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere in the breakfast and evening social room by delivering superior customer service. Responsibilities include the setup, maintenance, and breakdown of the breakfast and evening social area, ensuring compliance with all safety and health regulations, and adhering to CSM’s high standards of quality to promote guest satisfaction.

– Greet all guests with courtesy and friendliness.
– Anticipate and respond to guest needs positively and promptly while ensuring the highest service levels.
– Collaborate with fellow associates to meet guest expectations.
– Understand and implement CSM’s guest service recovery program.
– Oversee the setup, upkeep, and disassembly of the breakfast and evening social room.
– Maintain the food and beverage station in adherence to safety and health regulations.
– Assist with food inventories and orders as necessary.
– Dispense alcohol according to local, CSM, and brand standards.
– Utilize equipment correctly while adhering to cost controls to minimize expenses and waste.
– Consistently verify guest identification and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure compliance with liquor laws at the local and state levels.
– Manage waste disposal, clear dishes, restock the breakfast/social area, and maintain cleanliness of tables and counters.
– Transport used tubs to the dish room and wash all barware and dishes.

– Assist with inventory management, including completing inventory sheets and placing orders as necessary.
