Job description:

The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing and serving a complimentary breakfast for hotel guests, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Deliver personalized service to all guests.
  • Maintain a professional appearance by adhering to the required uniform, including a name tag and earpiece.
  • Assess daily inventory of food, beverages, and necessary supplies.
  • Prepare various food items such as cut fruit, coffee, and hot breakfast dishes in accordance with hotel standards.
  • Stock all beverage stations, including juice, milk, coffee, and tea.
  • Arrange food items for self-service in an appealing manner.
  • Clear and clean tables promptly after guests depart.
  • Quickly address spills and maintain a safe environment.
  • Dispose of trash as needed.
  • Restock food and supplies in the self-service area as necessary.
  • Clean and return serving equipment to storage.
  • Wipe down all countertops thoroughly after moving countertop items.
  • Return reusable food items to appropriate storage.
  • Conduct a final inspection of the breakfast and kitchen area to ensure cleanliness and organization once breakfast service concludes.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Availability on weekends is essential.
