Job Title: Hotel Front Desk Night Audit
Company: Fairfield Inn & Suites Hilliard West Columbus
Location: Columbus, OH
Pay: $14 – 15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14 – $15 for a Hotel Front Desk Night Audit position in Columbus, OH, is generally considered below the industry standard. As of 2023, typical hourly wages for this role range from approximately $15 to $20, depending on experience, the hotel brand, and specific job responsibilities. While entry-level positions might start at the lower end of the spectrum, the offered rate may not be competitive in the context of rising living costs and the need for skilled customer service and accounting proficiency typically associated with night audit roles. Therefore, potential candidates might seek positions offering higher pay or additional benefits for similar responsibilities.
