AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14 to $15 for a Hotel Front Desk Night Audit role in Columbus, OH is generally considered on the lower end of the spectrum, given that the typical wage for this position in similar locations tends to range from $15 to $20 per hour. Factors such as the experience required, the specific hotel brand, and local cost of living can influence pay rates. In Columbus, with its relatively moderate living costs, a wage of $14 to $15 may attract entry-level candidates but might struggle to retain experienced talent or attract applicants who possess specialized skills.
