Job Title: Hotel Front Desk Representative

Company: Nivea Hospitality

Location: Walnut Creek, OH

Pay: $12 – 13 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $12 – $13 for a Hotel Front Desk Representative in Walnut Creek, OH, falls below the national average for similar roles, which typically ranges from $14 to $18 per hour, depending on experience and the specific hotel brand. Given that Ohio has a lower cost of living compared to many states, this rate may be slightly more competitive locally; however, it still does not meet the standard for attracting experienced candidates. Factors such as benefits, work environment, and job opportunities in the area may also influence the competitiveness of this wage. Overall, while the rate may be acceptable for entry-level positions in a rural setting, it remains on the lower end of the spectrum when considered against broader industry standards.
