AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $17 – $22 for a Hotel Maintenance Manager in Dublin, OH, is below the national average for similar roles, which typically ranges from $20 to $30 per hour, depending on experience, specific job responsibilities, and the size and quality of the hotel. This pay scale may attract entry-level candidates or those with limited experience, but could be considered uncompetitive for seasoned professionals. Additionally, factors such as local cost of living and industry demand may also influence the attractiveness of this compensation; however, assessing various job postings and regional salary surveys would provide a clearer picture. As such, the offered rate may lead to challenges in attracting qualified candidates in a competitive labor market.
