AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $25 for a Hotel Maintenance Manager in Dublin, OH, is generally considered below the average range for this role. According to various salary surveys and industry reports, Hotel Maintenance Managers typically earn between $30 to $45 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, the size of the hotel, and specific responsibilities.
