Job description:

Nesco Resource is searching for a committed Hotel Recruitment Coordinator to oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle for hospitality positions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in sourcing, screening, and selecting top-tier talent, thereby ensuring seamless hotel operations.

Shift: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and management roles.
  • Post job openings on various job boards, the company website, and social media platforms to increase visibility and reach.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers to facilitate the recruitment process.
  • Manage the hiring process, including negotiating offers, conducting background checks, and overseeing onboarding procedures.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with local employment agencies, educational institutions, and community organizations to create robust talent pipelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and track hiring metrics for reporting purposes.
  • Stay informed about hiring trends and best practices within the hospitality sector.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the hospitality industry or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is advantageous.
  • High school diploma required; a degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
