We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper/Room Attendant to ensure the cleanliness and presentation of assigned guest rooms and public areas in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness of hotel guest rooms and public areas in accordance with the standards established by the Housekeeping Manager and General Manager.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.
- Ensure that storage areas and service carts are well-stocked, organized, and clean.
- Perform laundry duties as required.
- Conduct daily inventory checks to ensure the fulfillment of assigned tasks.
- Execute cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing bathrooms, emptying waste receptacles, changing bed linens, and maintaining kitchenettes and common areas.
- Ensure compliance with standards for the placement of guest amenities and information materials.
- Communicate any repair needs or maintenance requests for guest rooms and public spaces to the Housekeeping Manager.
- Accurately log, track, and secure lost and found items.
- Offer assistance to colleagues as needed prior to the conclusion of shifts.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Regular attendance is essential.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including holidays, as needed.
- Full compliance with all applicable rules and regulations is required.
- No formal training is necessary; however, experience in safety material handling and cleaning procedures is preferred.
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors.
- Capable of handling hazardous materials, including bodily waste and cleaning chemicals.
- Must have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance.
