Job Summary:
The Hotel Room-Laundry Attendant is responsible for the cleanliness, maintenance, and stocking of all guest lodging rooms, public areas, and hotel linens, ensuring adherence to the high standards of quality set by Odawa Casino Resort. This role is essential in upholding the established Standards of Service.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Extend a warm greeting to all guests and team members, fostering a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Conduct oneself with professionalism and positivity, serving as a role model for fellow team members.
- Stay informed about current and upcoming promotions and events at Odawa Casino Resort.
- Ensure the hotel is operationally ready by thoroughly cleaning with appropriate cleaning agents, dusting, polishing, and vacuuming all surfaces, replacing soiled linens, and replenishing supplies in guest lodging rooms. This includes folding and stocking all linens utilized throughout the hotel.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all linens in use within the hotel.
- Provide assistance, guidance, and instruction to guests and colleagues as needed.
- Attend required meetings and training sessions, completing all mandated training satisfactorily.
- Uphold the highest level of confidentiality at all times.
- Be prepared to assist at other properties as necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of this position.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Basic math skills are required.
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English is mandatory.
