Job Description
Job Title: Hotel Valets – new site opening in Downtown Cleveland
Company: Towne Park
Location: Cleveland, OH
Pay: $12 – 15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $12 to $15 for hotel valets in Downtown Cleveland appears to be below the national average for this role, which typically ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on the location and level of service provided. Considering the cost of living in Cleveland and current market trends, particularly in the hospitality industry where valet positions often receive tips that can significantly increase overall earnings, the proposed rate may not be competitive. Additionally, given the demands of the job and the expectation for customer service, potential employees might view this compensation as less attractive, especially when compared to similar positions in more affluent urban areas. Therefore, the offered rate could hinder recruitment efforts for the new site.
