Job description:

As a GoGetter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our kitchen and store. You will often be the first and last smiling face our customers encounter. From the morning rush to the afternoon lunch crowds and late-night snackers, you will collaborate with fellow Team Members to guarantee that every customer, whether waiting for a fresh sandwich, picking up dinner for their family, or simply stopping for fuel, is greeted with a warm welcome and the exemplary service they deserve.

  • Lifting Requirement: Up to 25 pounds

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize safety in all aspects of your work, ensuring the well-being of Team Members, customers, and products.
  • Process customer orders efficiently by scanning products or entering prices into the register according to established company policies and procedures.
  • Complete sales transactions and manage payments by accurately totaling orders and accepting customer payments.
  • Vigilantly monitor customers at the pumps to help prevent drive-offs and ensure safe usage of gasoline containers, while also managing multiple transactions effectively.
  • Organize and straighten shelves as needed.
  • Assist with light stocking duties and promptly inform management of any out-of-stock items.
  • Return misplaced items to their appropriate locations.
  • Maintain cleanliness in all areas, including equipment, counter space, floors, restrooms, and exterior pump areas, to comply with safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Adhere to all state and local laws regarding cigarette sales and follow coupon handling procedures diligently.
  • Support fellow store Team Members in maintaining security within the store.
  • Provide assistance in the kitchen area as required.
