As a GoGetter, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of both the kitchen and store. You will frequently be the friendly face that our customers encounter at the start and conclusion of their experience. Whether during the morning rush, the bustling lunch hour, or the late-night snacking periods, you will work collaboratively with fellow Team Members to guarantee that every customer—whether they are ordering a fresh sandwich, picking up dinner for their family, or simply waiting at the pump—receives a warm welcome and exceptional service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize safety in every aspect of your work, ensuring the well-being of Team Members, customers, and products.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently by scanning items or manually entering prices into the register, adhering strictly to company policies and procedures.
  • Conclude sales by calculating totals and accepting payments from customers.
  • Vigilantly monitor customers at fueling stations to prevent drive-offs and to ensure safe handling of gasoline containers, as well as proper transaction management for multiple vehicles.
  • Organize and straighten shelves as necessary to maintain a neat store appearance.
  • Assist with light stocking tasks and communicate any out-of-stock items to management.
  • Return misplaced items to their designated locations.
  • Uphold cleanliness standards across all areas, including equipment, counters, floors, restrooms, and exterior pump areas, in compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Stay informed about and adhere to all state and local regulations concerning cigarette sales.
  • Follow established procedures for handling coupons.
  • Support fellow team members in maintaining store security.
  • Assist in the kitchen area as required.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 0 to 6 months
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Lifting Requirement: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
