Job Title: Housekeeper 16 HR

Company: Candlewood Cincinnati Northeast

Location: Mason, OH

Pay: $16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $16 for a housekeeping role in Mason, OH, is generally competitive but may vary based on several factors such as experience, specific duties, and the employer. As of 2023, average pay for housekeepers in the Cincinnati metropolitan area, which includes Mason, typically ranges from $14 to $18 per hour, depending on these factors. Consequently, while $16 is within the standard range and could be appealing to entry-level candidates, it may not attract those with more experience or specialized skills. Additionally, considering the rising cost of living in many areas, offering benefits or incentives could further enhance competitiveness in attracting quality candidates.
