Job Summary:
The Housekeeper is primarily accountable for ensuring that guest rooms, hallways, and public areas of the hotel are kept clean and inviting. This role involves daily servicing of guest rooms in alignment with hotel protocols, stocking housekeeping carts with necessary supplies, replacing bed linens, and replenishing guest room amenities, all while adhering to company standards and safety/security procedures. Additionally, the Housekeeper may conduct deep cleaning activities within guest rooms and assist with preventative maintenance tasks when necessary.

Qualifications:
– High School diploma or equivalent preferred, alongside experience in the hospitality sector or a related field.
– Strong attention to detail is essential, along with the ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members, both verbally and in writing.
