Job description:

As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring that guest rooms, hallways, and public areas of the hotel are maintained to high cleanliness and aesthetic standards. Your primary responsibilities will include servicing guest rooms on a daily basis in accordance with hotel procedures, stocking your cart with necessary supplies, replacing bed linens, and replenishing guest room amenities. Adherence to company standards and safety/security procedures is crucial in this role. Additionally, you may be tasked with performing deep cleaning activities and supporting preventative maintenance within guest rooms as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with experience in hotel operations or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members, both verbally and in writing.
