Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated part-time Housekeeper who will play a crucial role in ensuring our hotel maintains a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. This position requires availability on weekends and offers a competitive hourly wage of $14.50. The Housekeeper will be responsible for the daily servicing of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in accordance with hotel procedures. This includes stocking carts with necessary supplies, replacing bed linens, and replenishing guest amenities, all while adhering to company standards and safety protocols. Additionally, there may be responsibilities for conducting deep cleaning activities and performing preventative maintenance tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with both guests and team members, both verbally and in written form. Key qualifications include:
– A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, ideally with experience in hotel or related fields.

Specific duties include:
– Approaching all interactions with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.

– Upholding high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the appropriate uniform and name tag as per brand standards.
– Ensuring compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to promote safe and efficient hotel operations.
– Thoroughly cleaning and restocking the designated number of guest rooms during each shift.
– Completing pre-cleaning duties, including preparation of guest and cleaning supplies on housekeeping carts.
– Removing trash and dirty linen from guest rooms and performing any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager.
– Occasionally disassembling furniture or items in guest rooms to facilitate deep cleaning efforts, which may include changing air conditioning filters, cleaning AC coils, touching up paint on walls or molding, addressing scratches on furniture, or rehanging closet sliding doors.
