Job Summary
The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $16 and requires weekend availability. The Housekeeper is primarily responsible for ensuring that guest rooms, hallways, and public areas of the hotel are clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing. This includes daily servicing of guest rooms in compliance with hotel standards, stocking housekeeping carts with necessary supplies, replacing bed linens, and replenishing guest room amenities while adhering to safety and security protocols. In certain cases, this role also entails conducting deep cleaning tasks within guest rooms as well as performing preventative maintenance activities.

Qualifications
– A high school diploma or equivalent; experience in hotel services or a related field is preferred.
– Strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with both guests and team members, in verbal and written forms.
– Ability to convey information and ideas clearly.
– Quick and accurate evaluation and selection among alternative courses of action.

Responsibilities
– Interact with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner at all times.
– Maintain regular attendance in accordance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards, as determined by scheduling needs.
– Uphold high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the appropriate uniform and name tag while on duty (per brand standards).
– Adhere to Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to promote safe and efficient hotel operations.
– Thoroughly clean and restock the required number of guest rooms during each shift.
– Complete pre-cleaning tasks, which include preparing guest supplies, cleaning agents, and linens for the housekeeping cart.
– Dispose of all waste and dirty linen from guest rooms.
– Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
– May require disassembling furniture or other items in guest rooms for deep cleaning.
